Welcome back and welcome to season 3 of Wellspringwords: The Podcast! Get ready for the ride on this continued journey of curiosity, exploration, and abundant manifestations of human connection.
Host, Nkem, sits with herself and guests as they continue discussing wellness, spirituality, and writing in all the nuanced parts of these topics. And in this season, Nkem and guests will really be tapping into what returning to wholeness feels like and means from different perspectives and perceptions. Scroll below for the topic timestamps.
In this initial episode, Nkem gives a brief recap of the themes of the previous seasons and ushers listeners into the main energy of season 3. What does it feel like to return to a state of inherent worthiness? What are our individual processes in the journey of remembering our highest selves as we shift away from societal conditioning? Much of this journey touches on understanding our personal power — which we often give away in order to protect ourselves. So the path to personal freedom in feeling whole does not always feel smooth, because oftentimes, we're working through more than we can sense in the physical realm — along with working through mental, emotional, and physical challenges in the physical realm.
Here, we can take these challenges to be signs that we are developing the capacity to be able to support ourselves as we expand into (or return to) our authentic, whole selves.
Imagine what it would feel like and be like to create from love and pleasure, rather than from fear and lack. This is possible, and we are capable of being in sustained moments of blissful creation — blissful being.
